Cancel & refund
- Cancel anytime via the dashboard.

Subscriptions & add-ons
Hosti subscriptions and add-ons are managed in the web app. The mobile apps do not offer in-app purchases.

What does “Start free” include?

Why show labour assumptions on the homepage?
Because a savings claim you can’t check isn’t worth much. On a fortnightly baseline (2 people, 4 hours each, 2 stocktakes a month, $32/hr) stocktake labour is about $6,144 a year. Assumes a 60% faster count, which is the minimum we saw in live venue trials: that’s about $3,686 a year back. $1,608 a year (Core, excl. GST) puts roughly $2,000 back in your pocket, and pays for itself in about five months on that fortnightly baseline. We show the sheet so the claim isn’t opaque.
Can I pay monthly without annual?
Yes. Core is $149/month excl. GST on a rolling monthly plan. Annual is $1,608/year excl. GST ($134/month), which saves $180 a year.
Do prices include GST?
No. Prices are shown excluding GST, and GST is added at checkout for New Zealand customers.
Can I buy Live Sales now?
Not yet. Today Hosti works from your POS sales exports, which works with every POS. Live Sales will connect the feed directly; it’s shown greyed out until it’s ready.
Where do I manage billing?
In the web app. Mobile apps do not offer in-app purchases; subscriptions and add-ons are managed on the web.
